Huon Hooke, one of Australia’s most trusted and respected wine critics, has awarded Overexposed Cabernet Sauvignon a bronze medal and a Top Value award. The Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in Australia’s King Valley – a renowned wine region located in the stunning landscape of Victoria’s high country.
Hooke is an iconic Australian wine reviewer who has been in the industry for over 30 years. Hooke described the wine as “bright, fresh and straight forward. “ He said it was “fruity and bright” on the palate with tannins that are “light and balanced” and described it overall as “very good value.”
Marketing Manager, Georgia Kollaras, said “it was a great honour to receive such a high rating on the newest brand to the Kollaras portfolio. Hooke is indeed a trusted and respected figure within the wine world so to have Overexposed receive such a glowing review is an exceptional achievement.”
This phenomenal recommendation comes on the back of another from Sam Kim, Wine Orbit’s leading wine reviewer who awarded the Australian Cabernet Sauvignon 4 ½ gold stars.
The Overexposed range currently consists of four varietals, and is available nationally in Cellarbrations, IGA and Bottle’O stores in the following range:
